Last updated: September 2026
This notice describes how ISCO Co. S.r.l. collects and processes the personal data of visitors to this website and users of the contact form, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
Data controller
ISCO Co. S.r.l., registered office at Via XIII Martiri 88, 30027 San Donà di Piave (VE), Italy — VAT/Tax code 03579660279. For any request regarding the processing of personal data, please write to isco@iscosrl.com or call +39 0421 221755.
What data we collect
- Data provided voluntarily through the Contact form: full name, company, email, phone, message content.
- Navigation data collected in aggregate form via Google Analytics, only after explicit consent given in the cookie banner (see our Cookie Policy).
- We do not collect special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) or data from minors: the contact form is intended for professional/B2B use.
Purposes and legal basis of processing
- Responding to information, quote or sampling requests sent through the Contact form — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Aggregate statistical analysis of site traffic, via Google Analytics — legal basis: the data subject’s consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.
- Compliance with legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
How data is processed
The Contact form on this site does not store messages on a server: it simply opens the visitor’s email application with a ready-made email addressed to isco@iscosrl.com. Data sent to us this way is processed using IT tools and appropriate security measures, by authorised and trained personnel, and is not subject to automated decision-making.
Data sharing and transfer
Data sent through the Contact form stays in ISCO Co. S.r.l.’s mailbox and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Navigation data collected — only with consent — via Google Analytics is processed by Google Ireland Limited, which may transfer it outside the European Economic Area based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission; for more information see the Google Privacy Policy.
Data retention
- Contact form data: for as long as needed to handle the request and, afterwards, for the possible establishment of a business relationship or to comply with legal obligations.
- Google Analytics data: according to the retention periods configured in the tool (typically 14 months), after which it is automatically deleted.
Your rights
At any time you can exercise, by writing to isco@iscosrl.com, the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
- request its rectification or update;
- request its erasure, in the cases provided by law;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to the processing;
- withdraw consent at any time (e.g. for analytics cookies), without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- request data portability, where applicable.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing of your data violates applicable law.
Providing your data
Browsing the site does not require providing personal data. Providing data in the Contact form is optional, but necessary to receive a reply to your request: without it we will not be able to handle your request.
